Abiquiu Float
This piece was inspired by the pleasant green color of Abiquiu Lake and surrounding environs. I have seen these colors also in Hanalei Bay. So pleasant and simple, this painting but it works. There is some underpainting revealed in the top portion that adds some interest. Sides are finished. Retouch varnish that is not glossy. Nice texture on the bottom contrasts with top.
