This painting was inspired by my view from the balcony of the Thunderbird restaurant of the pedestrians walking in the Santa Fe Plaza below. Using my signature brush strokes, I rendered the motion of the cowboy, my passion for the subject and a contemporary slant on the Impressionistic figure.
