This little painting has a pleasant energy. The sky is relatively blue-toned while the foreground is gold/yellow. That combination works wonderfully. Like all of my work it is New Mexico inspired but could apply to many landscapes. It has a casual elegance about it. It is finished on all sides and ready to hang so no frame is needed.
