Inspired by the colors of the Ottawi Crossing area below Los Alamos and by a book of the same name. This piece has been very well received. Painted with large palate knives and trowels using metallic pigments and oil sticks. It is painted on all sides but finished with a grey border which makes it look both sloppy and finished. This is what art is all about, balancing those two. Signed on the side so it can be hung vertically.
