A swimmer in the cold water of the Pecos River on a summer day inspired this contemporary figurative painting. Using my signature style, I created the atmospher and motion of this young outdoor adventurer swimming in the brisk current of a deep section of the Pecos River from my unusual perspective. I hope my expressive painting helps you to rediscover the beauty and poetry of the everyday. This piece is framed in a black metal floater flame.
