Artist Ann Laser’s inspiration for this piece came as a result of the pandemic. As we all "waited" as our nation and the world faced this threat, Laser found comfort in her studio making art. The first layer of this original mixed media was created with dried teabags which gives it the underlying texture. Then multiple layers of acrylic paint and collogue materials were used. The piece is on a gallery wrapped canvas (the front design continues on the sides.) It is protected with multiple layers of acrylic medium & varnish and is wired ready to hang.
